Hello and thank you for visiting Stegner Property Management in Northern Colorado. My name is Jim Stegner and myself along with a fantastic team of professionals manage numerous properties throughout Northern Colorado.
For the last 15 years, our priority has always been our clients and customers. I am personally available at our office on regulars business hours to answer any questions. Our goal as a team is to generate long term residents and to protect and maintain our homeowner's investment. This all starts with good communication.

Our Accounting Services
- We record and classify all financial transactions related to your property, such as rent payments, repairs and maintenance expenses, and any other income or expenses.
- We managing all the accounts receivable and accounts payable for the property.
- We prepare and analyze your financial statements to include balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements available to our owners through their own web portal.
- We collect the rent from tenants and recording it in the property financial records.
- We can pay all bills for maintenance and repairs on the properties, as well as utilities, insurance, HOA dues and other expenses if needed
